Market Research Manager - Customer Success Team

We’re looking for a Market Research Manager to join our customer success team. You will work directly with our life sciences customers to provide strategic insights through the delivery of our innovative software as a service insights platform.   You are conversant in the research process including design, data analysis and interpretation of results.  You will be tasked with driving successful research projects and outcomes that lead to subscription renewals and advocacy across our portfolio of pharmaceutical, device manufacturers and diagnostic testing companies. 

What you will do:

  • Delight our customers by helping them use our SaaS insights platform to help them accomplish their business goals 
  • Drive repeatable and predictable physician centric market research projects that deliver timely and accurate insights to our life science customers 
  • Gather feedback from our customers about what we can do to improve their satisfaction, operationalize their feedback and inspire them to renew their agreements. 
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales and product team members to advocate for new use-cases and product functionality
  • Serve as liaison between your customer and KeyOps operations to ensure all research projects are completed in a timely manner
  • Be a trusted advisor with your customer base


  • 3-5 years of experience in market research or customer success in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience working with large, complex and multi-divisional enterprise  accounts on critical market research projects
  • Passionate and excited about customers, technology and being part of a fast-growing Digital Health SaaS company.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to augment/ customize the Customer Lifecycle with value add programs and processes tailored to customer needs.

What You’ll Do:

Reporting to the CEO, we’re on the hunt for a results-driven marketing leader to join our growing team. This role will be involved with creating GTM strategies and marketing campaigns for our products and features including working closely with our engineering, operations, and sales teams.

Product Messaging: Understand our product, and our target audience thoroughly so you can craft compelling product messaging and positioning that is in line with what we do, our vision, and our brand.

Content Marketing: Create content for our social media channels, website, blogs, etc that is aligned with our marketing goals and target audience behaviour.

Research: Use customer and competitive research, and insights to shape our future strategy and messaging.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the rest of team to develop strategies, campaigns, and resources that drive pipeline growth and revenue for KeyOps

About You:

At KeyOps, we are looking for a highly skilled computer programmer who is comfortable with both front and back end programming. As a senior developer with 5+ years experience with the MERN stack, you are responsible for developing and designing front end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications and working alongside graphic designers for web design features, among other duties.

You will be required to work on every aspect of our application and see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to expand our market coverage and boost our sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have an energetic, can-do attitude and be comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.  Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential pharmaceutical, device manufacturers and testing companies. 

What you will do:

  • Understand our buyer personas and needs of our target market
  • Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold call, email and social strategies
  • Produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts in order to book sales appointments
  • Present our solution to prospects following a high-touch, high-value selling approach
  • Drive sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified meetings and demos between potential clients and our Account Executives
  • Be a subject matter expert and evangelist of our product and services
  • Update and maintaining customer information in our CRM
