We’re looking for a Market Research Manager to join our customer success team. You will work directly with our life sciences customers to provide strategic insights through the delivery of our innovative software as a service insights platform. You are conversant in the research process including design, data analysis and interpretation of results. What You’ll Do:
Reporting to the CEO, we’re on the hunt for a results-driven marketing leader to join our growing team. This role will be involved with creating GTM strategies and marketing campaigns for our products and features including working closely with our engineering, operations, and sales teams.
Product Messaging: Understand our product, and our target audience thoroughly so you can craft compelling product messaging and positioning that is in line with what we do, our vision, and our brand.
Content Marketing: Create content for our social media channels, website, blogs, etc that is aligned with our marketing goals and target audience behaviour.
Research: Use customer and competitive research, and insights to shape our future strategy and messaging.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the rest of team to develop strategies, campaigns, and resources that drive pipeline growth and revenue for KeyOps
Data Analysis: Create tracking and measurement plans to analyse progress, customer acquisition and engagement, and tactic success and failure, to ensure continuous growth and maximum ROI.
Sales enablement: Create sales enablement materials and content for clients to consume in a variety of formats.

At KeyOps, we are looking for a highly skilled computer programmer who is comfortable with both front and back end programming. As a senior developer with 5+ years experience with the MERN stack, you are responsible for developing and designing front end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications and working alongside graphic designers for web design features, among other duties.
You will be required to work on every aspect of our application and see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.
